Is Majali a real estate CRM?
It is the back office agencies use a CRM for day to day: your listings and your leads in one place, each lead assigned to an agent and followed from new to closed. Publishing to property portals, accounting and bookings stay in the tools you use for them.
Can we connect our own website?
Yes. Everything in Majali is available through its API, so your web developer can connect your current site, or a new one, to show your listings and send its leads straight to your inbox.
Does Majali handle Madhmoun permits?
Yes. Every listing carries its advertising permit number, and in Abu Dhabi Majali won't publish a rental or sale listing without its Madhmoun permit. Your website shows the number too.
Does it work for holiday homes in Dubai?
Yes. Publish your holiday homes with their photos and permit numbers, and collect stay requests with dates and guests. Bookings stay in your booking system.
Where is our data kept?
Your data is hosted in Abu Dhabi and client details are encrypted. Full-size photos stay in your Google Drive. If you use machine translation, the English texts are sent to Google's translation service.
Who can see our leads?
Only your team, and only what each role allows: agents see their own leads, and client contact details stay hidden from anyone who doesn't need them.
Does Majali replace our property management or booking system?
Not yet. Today Majali runs your listings, your leads and your team. Property management and holiday home management are coming soon; until then, rent collection, maintenance and bookings stay in the systems you use now.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. An owner can export the whole company's data at any time, and the files in your Google Drive are already yours.
